The seen
Visual Arts
Film first — then painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, jackets, and stills. Everything that is seen.
The branch
The Visual Arts branch begins with film: the moving picture, the frame, the cut. It does not end there. Painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, mixed media, jackets, and stills live in the same room — the object you stand in front of, the image you hold, the picture that belongs beside a book or a song. One mark for everything that is seen.
